We Are Listening—And We Mean That.
BotGrind is not like any other site in an age where you are met with a chatbot, a pre-recorded auto-response, or a support ticket that is lost in a black hole.
We are a human-oriented AI intelligence platform. All our audits are by a real person. All workflow blueprints undergo testing by a live practitioner. And all your messages to BotGrind are read by a human member of our staff—not by an automated triage system, not by a computer-generated responder posing as a human.
We created BotGrind because we felt that the AI business might be more sincere, responsible, and authentic in its dialogue. The same belief can be applied to the way in which we address our community. You are a solo freelancer who needs to do some fixes on an automation that broke, you are a SaaS founder who requests an independent audit, or you are a journalist mentioning our research; you deserve a human, well-informed, and thoughtful answer.
The reason why this page is there is to ensure that you have the right person in the right context in the most efficient way. Before you get in touch, we have the following sections that you might want to read through before you do so.
1. General Inquiries
Wonder what to ask about one of our reviewed tools? Differs with one of our audit scores? Interested in having a certain AI product reviewed?
We have our General Inquiries channel as the front door of BotGrind, which is open to all readers, whether you are a first-time visitor or a long-term subscriber.
In making general inquiries, please indicate:
• The particular tool, article, or audit report you are referring to.
• Your question or issue in simple, straightforward terms.
• Whether you would like a public response (community forum) or a private reply
We read each general inquiry ourselves. Although we cannot promise to personally respond to all the messages when traffic is high, we do resort to recurrent questions to refresh our FAQs and write clarifying articles and enhance our already existing audit reports. Your query (although not necessarily addressed directly) influences the development of BotGrind.

2. SaaS Partnerships and Audits The No-Pay-to-Play Policy.
Are you a product team, founder, or developer of an AI tool and would you like BotGrind to audit your tool?
We are open to tool submissions—you must be clear on our stance before contacting us.
BotGrind has a No-Pay-to-Play policy. This means:
• You cannot pay for a positive review.
• You cannot buy your way to jump up the queue in our audit position.
• You cannot pay not to find a negative result or to change our scoring.
• Sponsored and paid placements are disclosed, and they have nothing to do with our independent audit.
In case your tool is truly good, efficient, secure, and fairly priced, our audit will show that. Otherwise, our audit will indicate that as well. This is non-negotiable.
1) Name of the tool, web address, and main application.
2) The level of pricing that you would like audited (free, pro, or enterprise).
3) An outline of what makes your tool technically differentiated, not marketing copy but real architecture or feature differentiation.
4) Access credentials of a pro-tier account (where applicable)—these are only used to test and are deleted once an audit is done.
5) Any limitations or beta-stage features you would like to be flagged in advance.
By submitting your tool, it does not imply an audit. Our priorities of tools are guided by the needs of the community, relevance in the niche, and the fit of the editorial calendar. Anything that is submitted to us is taken through our standard five-step AI Trust Protocol—no exceptions, no shortcuts.

3. Technical Support—When the Blueprint Breaks.
BotGrind releases comprehensive automation guidelines, timely engineering designs, and SaaS workflow guides. We check everything prior to publication. However, technology evolves—APIs evolve, platforms drop functionality, and integrations fall apart.
In case there is a problem with a BotGrind workflow or automation blueprint, our technical support team would like to hear about it. Not merely because it would be able to assist you personally, but because a broken guide will hurt all readers who use it.
In making a technical support request, make sure to include:
• The name of the article or guide and its URL.
• The step or section in which the problem is taking place.
• Your technical setting (browser, operating system, version of automation platform)
• An explanation of the error message or unforeseen behavior.
• Screenshots or screen captures where feasible.
Our support team are real developers and automation practitioners—not generalist support agents reading from a sheet. We will roll into the problem, reproduce it where feasible, and issue a fix or put a correction notice in the published guide.

Response Time: 48-72 hours to standard issues. Technical vulnerabilities that are related to security are prioritized on our urgent list—see Section 7.
4. Media & Press
The AI Trust Protocol, audit approach, and editorial results of BotGrind are being quoted by more and more journalists, researchers, content creators, and online publications that report on the AI tools sector.
In case you represent the press, are an academic researcher, or just a content creator, and would like to use BotGrind data, we would be pleased to help with responsible and accurate coverage.
We can provide:
• Comment or expert opinion of the BotGrind editorial team on trends in AI tools.
• Elucidation of certain audit results or grading procedure.
• Authorization to use data with appropriate references.
• Availability of interviews (written questions and answers preferred, video interviews case by case)
We do not provide:
• Third-party articles citing our work that are pre-publication approved.
• Press partners can access only embargoed data.
• The advertisement masqueraded as a media report.
5. Community Feedback — What to Grind Next.
The editorial calendar of BotGrind is not developed in a boardroom. It is built by our community.
In case there exists an AI niche, tool category, or automation use case that you would like us to explore, inform us. We heavily solicit audit ideas, comparison topics, and workflow guides based on the suggestions of our readers. One community message, stating, has anyone actually tested this properly? was among some of our most-read.
Let us know what category of AI tools should be scrutinized more, what automation platform should be reviewed, or what hype trend you would like us to slice through. We also look at all the suggestions every month, and our future editorial topics are listed in our newsletter.
6. BotGrind Response Guarantee
We promise the following to all individuals who come in contact with us:
Every message is read by a human. No computer-based classification, no machine triage.

5) Legal and GDPR requests—up to 30 business days allowed by law.
7. Anti-Spam/Ethics Policy—How we deal with your messages.
All of the messages sent to BotGrind are confidential. We will never:
• Sell or distribute third-party marketer contact details.
• Subscribe you to a mailing list without you giving direct opt-in.
• Train AI models or feed automated response systems with the contents of your messages.
• Provide your inquiry information to any tool developer, SaaS company, or advertising partner.
Any messages coming in are sent via encrypted channels. Submissions through contact forms are transmitted and stored with encryption via the use of SSL and within internal systems that have access controls. Messages are stored until and unless you find your answer and then erased accordingly according to our privacy policy.
Should you reach out to us about a sensitive issue, such as a data breach, a legal claim, or a personal privacy issue, your message is only handled by our core team and not by anyone outside of the core team unless they are directly involved in the resolution.
The data in contact forms is not used in any other way than to respond to your particular request.
We are Ready When You Are.
BotGrind is present, as there must be a person who will put the AI industry to the task—and do so in an honest, comprehensive, and uncompromising manner. The success of that mission requires our community to put trust in us to the extent that we can deal with them face-to-face.
And with a question, challenge, tool to submit, or even just something you want to say, our inbox is open, our team is real, and your message matters.
The Grind has no end. Nor does our devotion to thee.
