3) Large-scale attacks on internet infrastructure or DNS or cloud hosting providers.
4) Electrical outages, equipment breakdowns, or telecommunications failures.
5) War, terrorism, civil conflict, or any other extraordinary situation beyond the control of BotGrind.
In the case of any event like this, BotGrind is not liable to any user, and all its responsibilities under these Terms are suspended as long as the force majeure event lasts.
